CAMP

Schools Out - Cheer Camp! (5 - 18yrs)

Predators Gym

This cheer class will incorporate games, races and cheerleading tumbling and stunts. We will have a range of equipment to use and will focus on level 1 to level 5 skills. This camp is aimed at athletes on our Prep and Allstar club who are looking to develop their skills!

CAMP

Tumble: Bronze Level (ages 5-Adult) (5 - 40yrs)

Predators Gym

This class is the next step up from ninja tumble (once your athlete graduates the ninja tumble course please book this class the following term). "Bronze Tumble will focus on beginner tumbling skills like rolls, cartwheels and bridges advancing up to round offs, back and forward walkovers as well as backhandspring progression drills" (Minimum requirement- Competent cartwheel, handstand to bridge & fall back to bridge kickover off a height) (Please note: your athletes coach will let you know when they are ready to move up into the later class) Tumble classes are a great add on for our competitive team athletes to expedite execution and skills progression. What to wear to sessions: Most of our athletes wear a t-shirt and shorts. Socks are required and most wear stick it socks (air hop or similar trampoline socks). Clean trainers/daps or cheer trainers that are only worn indoors are also great to wear for classes.

Tumble: Silver Level (ages 5- Adult) (5 - 40.9yrs)

Predators Gym

This class is the next step up from our "Bronze level" class. "Silver Tumble will focus on learning and progressing execution in back and front handspring skills. Along with connecting walkovers, roundoffs and additional skills to the handspring’s to create longer and more powerful tumbles” (Min requirement- good execution forwards and backwards walkovers. With a roundoff ready to progress to round off backhandsprings e.g a good height of rebound after the skill). Tumble classes are a great add on for our competitive team athletes to expedite execution and skills progression. What to wear to sessions: Most of our athletes wear a t-shirt and shorts. Socks are required and most wear stick it socks (air hop or similar trampoline socks). Clean trainers/daps or cheer trainers that are only worn indoors are also great to wear for classes
